Outbreaks require fast expert response and diagnostic support. We offer both through our Consultation hotline and our Maddie’s® Shelter Lab services. If you are experiencing what seems to be a disease outbreak in your shelter, please first email us at sheltermedicine@cornell.edu.  In addition, you may also call our Consultation hotline at 1-607-882-0179 and speak to our veterinary staff for assistance.
